- 2 cans of chick peas
- 4 pieces of garlic beaten with salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Pour the contents of the can of chick peas into a small pot.
- Add 1/2 of cup of water and boil for about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, beat the garlic, add the lemon, oil, salt and mix well together.
- Place the chick peas in a bowl.
- Pour the garlic sauce over the top and mix well.
- Sprinkle the cumin on top and serve hot or cold
