  • 2 cans of chick peas
  • 4 pieces of garlic beaten with salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Preparation

  • Pour the contents of the can of chick peas into a small pot.
  • Add 1/2 of cup of water and boil for about 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, beat the garlic, add the lemon, oil, salt and mix well together.
  • Place the chick peas in a bowl.
  • Pour the garlic sauce over the top and mix well.
  • Sprinkle the cumin on top and serve hot or cold
