I was a little snacky and wanted something to eat, but there was a little problem. I had to take my daughter out for her birthday party. The party wasn’t the problem, however, the food was. My trick to this whole event/outing was to really eat something to get me near full, but wanted to still have a little to eat.
My solution was a sun-dried tomato salad.
2 cups of mixed greens
1/2 slice of a fresh avocado
1/8 cup of fresh onions
1/8 cup of green peppers
1/8 cup of sun dried tomatoes w/o oil
1 cup of broccoli slaw
1 Sun Dried Tomato in Olive Oil
Pinch of parmesan cheese
Apple Cider Vinegar
